Sovereign wealth fund Danantara Indonesia, Russian Direct Investment Fund to create 2 bln euros investment fund

JAKARTA, June 19 (Reuters) - Sovereign wealth fund Danantara Indonesia and Russian Direct Investment Fund signed an agreement in Russia on Thursday to create an investment fund worth 2 billion euros ($2.29 billion).

The agreement was signed by both CEOs and witnessed by Indonesia's President Prabowo Subianto and Russian President Vladimir Putin. ($1 = 0.8722 euros) (Reporting by Stefanno Sulaiman Editing by Alexandra Hudson)
